Hotel Touring – Santa Cristina / Dolomites “Rooftop Pool”

When looking for hotel accommodation, we love to get a good balance between luxury, comfort and of course value for money. Hotel Touring in Santa Cristina ticks this box and ticks another massive box for us which is having a pool or leisure facilities. To tell you that this hotel has a swimming pool and leaving it there would be a massive understatement. Hotel Touring has a wonderful spa and magical rooftop infinity pool! For many people, this will be a huge attraction both during the warmer months and of course in the winter with the crisp, fresh air hovering above the warm pool. In total, the hotel has three saunas and also a steam room which are all very well laid out. Also in the spa area is a large Jacuzzi which can accommodate eight people easily. The hotel has its own car park, but even in the quiet months this was full, so I would definitely recommend reserving a parking space when booking. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and we received a very warm welcome on arrival. This is a four star hotel and provides different accommodation options, such as bed and breakfast, and also half-board which we opted for. The hotel has a lovely compact bar area near reception with a less formal dining area behind. The formal dining area is large and can accommodate many guests.

The half-board menu was fantastic and the cuisine was excellent. The food was very well presented and the staff were always on hand close to the tables. In the morning, we enjoyed a large buffet breakfast with an extensive range of hot and cold options. With really clean and modern rooms, lovely staff and being great value, we highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.
