Lago di Endine, Bergamo – Italy
Lago di Endine is very much a green lake. What do I mean by green? This is a small lake very close to Bergamo, and in fact probably the closest and easiest to get to for a swim or a quick paddle. The lake is very small in comparison with others in Lombardy. Motor boats are forbidden, so swimming in the lake is very safe and many families come for picnics and days out all around on both sides. Pisa to La Spezia – Porto Venere
On this particular trip, La Spezia (on the northern part of the west coastline) was 100% on the cards to visit. With it’s charming villages, buildings and beautiful waters, this has become a haven for expensive boat charters, a home for superyacht builders and a wonderful playground in the sun for people of all budgets. From the spring through to the end of the summer, the sun-kissed waters of this area are an incredible site. Pisa
As a child, when someone mentioned Italy I would immediately think “Leaning Tower of Pisa”. I’m sure I was not the only one! So with memories like this, it’s always been a dream to visit and see this wonder for myself, and of course to share this experience with others. Italy – A world of adventure!
With the Alps in the north, stunning coastlines and beautiful terrain in between, Italy to me feels like a unique place to explore where adventure is always just a stones throw away. Not to mention the lakes, the history, the people and their culture!
